any tourism outlets in Indonesia are adapting to new habits of serving their guests amid the COVID-19 pandemic. This they will do along with the slow reopening of the Indonesian tourism sector, with strict adherence to health and hygiene protocols being the hallmark of the “new habits”.
Since the relaxation of the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) in numerous areas of Indonesia back in May, tiket.com has been actively urging the public to continue following health protocols and checking the Covid-19 status of tourist destinations.
In response to the “new habits” and part of its commitment to put travelers’ safety and comfort first, tiket.com launched tiketClean, a feature that lets customers choose accommodation, transportation or other tourism products with the tiketCLEAN label, meaning they comply with the standardization of health and hygiene protocols.
As Indonesia’s online travel agency pioneer, tiket.com seeks to lend support to this initiative by helping its non-hotel accommodation (NHA) partners adjust to the new situation, including Bracha Villas Bali in Seminyak.
The online travel agency highlights its NHA partners because, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, most travelers would prefer to stay in villas, which can offer them more privacy and seclusion, helping them avoid crowds along the way. Furthermore, tiket.com also focuses on working with domestic hospitality outlets to offer special offers for guests to help them offset the devastating impact of the pandemic.
Bracha Villas Bali has always offered its guests a fine blend of luxury hospitality and lush green surroundings. It is almost like a hidden paradise amid the gem that is Bali’s emerald-green rice fields, surrounded by big trees.
Furthermore, the villas boast impressive hospitality services, such as spacious rooms, a private swimming pool as well as a dining room featuring a television.
The villas are located in convenient proximity to Seminyak’s various leisure hubs, such as the Potato Beach club, the Ku De Ta restaurant and bar, La Favela restaurant as well as the Petitenget beach and temple.
As villas are reopened amid the COVID-19 pandemic, none of these features have changed, obviously. The only thing that has changed is the staff members’ implementation of health and hygiene safety protocols, as recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), to run their operations safely.
The villas have also been able to transition smoothly to the new habits thanks to the collaboration with tiket.com’s tiketCLEAN feature. Through the feature, tiket.com seeks to ensure that its accommodation partners follow strict health and hygiene protocols as set by WHO.
The Bracha Villas Bali is just one example of how local tourism outlets are adapting to new tourism habits, hand-in-hand with tiket.com.
And best of all, Bracha Villas and tiket.com currently offer a special promo: Its room rates, previously ranging between Rp 2.5 million (US$177.17) and Rp 4.5 million per night, have been slashed to Rp 1 million to 2 million per night.
Through the NHA Partner Program, tiket.com has always endeavored to boost the promotional reach of various local properties, such as villas, resorts, guesthouses or apartments, by helping them tap into tiket.com’s market base, comprising millions of customers.
Furthermore, by helping these property owners tap into tiket.com’s wide market reach, the NHA partner program has naturally helped these property owners leverage their businesses.
Through the partnership program, tiket.com also provides 24/7 technical assistance to property owners, as well as a round-the-clock customer service for guests.
By taking over these administrative services, tiket.com has made things much easier for property owners.
Bracha Villas Sales Manager Ika Hari Lestari said that, by partnering with tiket.com, the villa could stay afloat amid the occupancy rate decline it had gone through amid the pandemic.
“Prior to the pandemic, our occupancy rate used to stand at 90 percent. Recently, we are quite grateful to be able to have a 10 percent occupancy rate,” she said, adding that the tiket.com’s NHA program had helped the villa to still attract guests to the place to help it survive the pandemic.
True to the dawn of new habits in tourism, she reiterated the idea that the guests were attracted to the privacy and seclusion that the villas offered them amid the pandemic.
