In a bid to reach its target of serving 1 million passengers a day, PT Transjakarta plans to add five new bus routes each month for the remainder of the year. An estimated 800,000 people currently use the Transjakarta service every day and the city-owned company claims it was on track to transport 900,000 passengers.
