Ingredients:
500 ml chicken broth
1 packet of egg noodles
1 cup of vegetables
4-5 Chinese meatballs (bakso), sliced
1/4 onion, diced
1 red chili, sliced
1 green onion, sliced thinly
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 shallots, minced
cooking oil
1 tsp sweet soy sauce (ketchup manis)
2 tsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp powdered candlenuts
1 egg, poached
Method:
Sautee the shallots and the garlic
Add powdered candlenuts
Add sliced meatballs and stir for a few minutes
Add chicken broth
Add both the light and sweet soy sauce, stir to combine
Add noodles, stir
Add poached egg and vegetables
Serve and enjoy!
